Bank Negara governor Datuk Nor Shamsiah Mohd Yunus says labour market conditions are expected to worsen in the second quarter of this year (2Q20), with the unemployment rate exceeding above 4% as companies take drastic measures to cut cost amid movement control order and weak demand.
