PM Narendra Modi reached Kanpur to address a parivartan rally where he fiercely attacked the opposition. PM Modi said that their is storm of change going on in UP. While in another rally which was addressed by Congress VP Rahul Gandhi in Jaunpur launched attack on PM Modi. He said the decision of demonetisation is against 99 per cent population of the country.
