Security forces have arrested top Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) commander from Kupwara district of north Kashmir, police said today. Abu Ukasha, also known as Hanzullah, was apprehended by security forces during an operation in Sogam area of Kupwara last evening, a police official said.
