This three-year-old chef has a very special message for all the essential workers and front-line staff during the COVID-19 quarantine.

Join the adorable miniature chef Susie, from Independence, Kansas, bake some delicious looking soft pretzels covered in chocolate spread.

"Today Susie is baking from home in quarantine in her pyjamas, because, why not? She has some good advice for those still in quarantine and even bakes a special pretzel for all of the families staying at home and for the essential workers," Susie's mum told Newsflare.
