Rwandan genocide fugitive Felicien Kabuga ended his 26 years on the run on Saturday.
Living under a false name, Kabuga was Rwanda's most wanted man, with a $5 million bounty on his head.
According to Reuters, he was arrested on Saturday in the upscale Paris suburb of Asnieres-sur-Seine.
Kabuga was a frail, elderly man of 84 who said little to neighbors and who would take a stroll most days outside of his apartment.
His arrest paves the way for him to come before the Paris Appeal Court and later be transferred to the custody of the international court.
