Lockdown 4 opened to some extent,government of India ordered to open restaurants only for delivery, sport complex stadium opened without audience. Chief ministers should decide whether public transport run or not. Moreover, saloon is also in the hand of cheif Ministers. Some of industries got permission to open. Gym ,schools and colleges are still close. Government offices are opened now
