Mani Shankar Aiyer apologised to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thurdsay after Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi rebuked the senior leader for using foul language. Aiyer had referred to Prime Minister Narendra Modi as 'neech aadmi'. He had said, 'PM Modi is not civilised and in a situation like this, there is no need to practise such dirty politics."
