Two Babbar Khalsa terrorists were arrested from Lakhimpur in a joint operation between Uttar Pradesh and Punjab Police on Tuesday. Earlier in August 2017, a suspected operative of the banned terror outfit was nabbed by the UP Anti-Terrorist Squad in Unnao district. The terrorist was identified as Jaswant Singh alias Kala.
