J-K: Pakistani 'spy' pigeon carrying coded message captured

A pigeon, suspected to be trained in Pakistan for spying, was captured along the International Border (IB) in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir. Security agencies concerned are working to decipher the coded message.
