Unique initiatives of youth are being seen in Motihari's Fenhara. Where migrant laborers from other states are unable to find a place in the Quartine Center, the migrants who have been wandering here and there have made a quarantine center in the mango orchard in the village and have arranged for food and lodging. At the same time, migrant laborers are cooking themselves and eating in the Corentine Center in the garden and following social distancing.

मोतिहारी के फेनहारा में युवाओं की अनोखी पहल देखीं जा रही है। जहां दूसरे प्रदेशों से आये प्रवासी मजदूरों को कोरेंटाइन सेन्टर में जगह नहीं मिलने से इधर उधर भटक रहे प्रवासियों को युवकों ने गांव में ही आम के बगीचे में क्वारेंटाइन सेंटर बना कर उन्हें खाद्य सामग्री और रहने के लिए प्रबंध किया है। वहीं प्रवासी मजदूर बगीचे में बने कोरेंटाइन सेन्टर में खुद से खाना बना कर खा रहे हैं और सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन कर रहे है।
