Mango Cheesecake

Ingredients
Mango - 1 No.
Biscuits - 8-10 Nos.
Cream Cheese - 1 Bowl
Powdered Sugar - 3 tbsp
Fresh Cream - 3-4 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Preparation
Mango Puree
1. Scoop out the Mango Pulp from Mango.
2. Grind in a mixer blender.
3. Mango Puree is ready
Biscuit Crumbs
1. Grind the Biscuits in a mixer blender.
2. Add 1 tbsp butter to the Biscuit crumbs.
3. Mix it well
Mango Cream Cheese
1. Add 2 tbsp sugar to 1 bowl of Cream Cheese. Mix it well.
2. Take 3-4 tbsp Fresh Cream in another bowl. Give it a nice whisk.
3. Add the sweetened Cream Cheese to the Fresh Cream.
4. Add half of the Mango Puree to this and 1 tbsp honey.
5. Mix everything well.
6. Mango Cream Cheese is ready.
Sweetened Mango Puree
1. Heat a pan, add the rest of the Mango Puree.
2. Add 1 tbsp Sugar.
3. Cook till it's nice and soft.
Mango Cheesecake
1. To a serving bowl, add Biscuit Crumbs to the bottom. Press it with a spoon.
2. Add Mango Cream Cheese as the second layer.
3. Add sweetened Mango Puree to this.
4. Top it with some Mango Cubes.
5. Refrigerate for at-least 7-8 hours.
6. Mango Cheesecake is ready.
