A total of 15 people, including Councilor Tahir Hussain, have been accused in the charge sheet of one thousand pages. The name of JNU alumnus Omar Khalid has also been inserted in the charge sheet.

कोरोना संकट आने से पहले दिल्ली में हुई हिंसा के मामले में मंगलवार को दिल्ली पुलिस ने चार्जशीट दाखिल कर दी है. इसमें कई बड़े खुलासे किए गए हैं. दिल्ली पुलिस ने कड़कड़डूमा कोर्ट में चार्जशीट दायर दाखिल करते हुए आम आदमी पार्टी के पूर्व नेता और पार्षद ताहिर हुसैन को इस पूरी हिंसा का मास्टरमाइंड करार दिया है. चार्जशीट में पार्षद ताहिर हुसैन के भाई शाह आलम को भी आरोपी बनाया गया है. एक हजार पन्नों की चार्जशीट में पार्षद ताहिर हुसैन समेत कुल 15 लोगों को आरोपी बनाया गया है. चार्जशीट में जेएनयू के पूर्व छात्र उमर ख़ालिद का नाम भी डाला गया है.
