Gujarat, depsite being under a heavy load of cases especially in the city of Ahmedabad, has decided to lift restrictions in the fifth phase of the lockdown. Everything from non-essential shops, to restaurants to religious places will reopen in the state. At the same time, restrictions remain in containment zones.
