MAKE FINE DOUGH
BRUSH OIL ON An IDLI MOULD
KNEAD WELL FOR 5-7 MIN.
TAKE SOME DOUGH & MAKE BALL SHAPE
PLACE DOUGH BALLS IN IDLI MOULD
BRUSH SOME MILK
SPREAD SOME SESAME SEED
FIRE UP THE STOVE (MED. LOW FLAME)
PLACE A KADAI & PRE-HEAT (5-7 MIN.)
PLACE THE IDLI MOULD
COOK FOR 25-30 MIN. IN MED. LOW FLAME
FOR 180° PRE-HEATED CONVECTION OVEN COOK FOR 15-20 MIN.
AFTER COOK, COOL COMPLETELY
REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
