Former diplomat Rajiv Dogra said on Saturday said that "China is trying to raw beat India in as many ways as possible" and is in an "aggressive mood". "Unlike Kargil, to which a lot of parallels has been drawn, there is no America which has the authority or the weight to tell Pakistan, and in this case China, they have to step down or scale back," he said. Rajiv Dogra's comments came at a time when India-China high-level border talks are underway.
