Was SUPPOSED to do Cleans but, THAT wasn't happening!! Decided to move on to some One Hand Deadlifts with my very spinny Werksan bar and without a Hook Grip...WOW!! Its really worth it to switch around bars and use ones that make things harder!! God Bless!
