Parasomnia is a category of sleep disorders that involve abnormal movements , behaviours , emotions , perceptions and dream occur while falling asleep , sleeping , between sleep stages or during arousal from sleep.

ഉറക്കത്തിലെ അസാധാരണമായ ചലനങ്ങൾ, പെരുമാറ്റങ്ങൾ, വികാരങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന ഉറക്ക തകരാറുകളുടെ ഒരു വിഭാഗമാണ് പരസോംനിയ .
