INGREDIENTS
2 KG Green Mangos
2 Spoon Salt
2 Spoon Turmeric Powder
250 ml mustard Oil
Dry Red Chili
Garlic
Black Cumin
1 KG Sugar
garam masala
PROCESS
Peel off the mango and cut into pices.
Add Salt, Turmeric Powder and mix properly.
Lay the mango in a white paper for 2 hours to absorb the water.
Take a Pan add mustard Oil then add dry red chili, garlic, Black Cumin.
Now add the mango, add sugar mix properly, cook 20 minutes and add garam masala.
