Taylor Swift, BTS, Ariana Grande & MORE Top 2019 Time 100 List
It’s that time of year again. See what I did there? Ok, all jokes aside, Time Magazine just released their prestigious Time 100 list and it is packed with so many of our faves!

What’s up y’all? It’s Emile Ennis Jr. here with Clevver News and it’s time to break down the 2019 Time 100 list. The list was split into 5 different categories including pioneers, titans, leaders, artists and icons. And there are 6 different covers featuring Sandra Oh, Gayle King, Nancy Pelosi, Mohamed Salah, Dwayne Johnson, and Taylor Swift. Everyone on the list is featured because they made an impact on the world in some way and there is an accompanying write-up about each one from friends, co-workers, and other famous stars who respect them. Let’s start with our girl Taylor. She made the list as an icon this year and her bestie
and my absolute fave, Shawn Mendes
wrote, “Taylor makes anyone older feel young again and anyone young feel they can do anything. It’s so rare and so special. If there is one thing I want to achieve in my career and life, it’s that.” After the massive success of Reputation and her Reputation stadium tour, Taylor has definitely earned her icon title. Another musician on the icon list was Lady Gaga. I doubt that anyone could argue with this and if you do.
You’re a hater.

Lady Gaga fully reached new heights after her incredible performance as Aly in “A Star is Born”!

I’m off the deep end!

Ok I’m back. For Lady Gaga’s piece, another icon, Celine Dion, wrote from the heart saying, “What makes her even more special, and such a powerful influence on society, is that she empowers her fans to adopt the very same values in their lives—to stand up for what they believe in, despite what others might think. By doing so, she gives her followers the strength and confidence to believe in themselves. Whether it’s her unstoppable support for the LGBTQ community, or her anti-bullying campaigning, Lady Gaga’s voice is being heard where it really counts.”
