Dr Hans Kluge, WHO Europe director, says during a press conference that Europe has seen a surge of COVID-19 cases since countries began easing restrictions aimed at curbing the virus' spread. Kluge adds that more than two dozen countries in Europe have seen resurgences of the virus and warns that some European health systems could again be pushed to the brink.
