Karachi Police's Madadgar-15 took actions on more than 33 thousand complaints by citizens and arrested nearly 70 dacoits during last six months.

Citizens can seek help in medical and fire emergency situations while calling on Madadgar-15 helpline.

DIG Security & Emergency Services Division, Mr. Maqsood Ahmed said that around 10,000 calls are received daily on Madadgar-15 helpline, adding that the nearest Police mobile respond within 10 minutes and reaches the site.

He added that alongside Police related matters, we have also dedicated separate helplines and 15 for COVID-19 emergency services for citizens' assistance.
