Garlic- 5 pieces
Pudhina or mint leaves – 1 bunch
Coriander leaves -3/4th bunch
Onions-10
Tomatoes-4 medium sized
For Saucing:

Frying Urd Dahl-1 tsp
Asafoetida-less than 1/4th tsp
Salt-to taste
Recipe Instruction :
Saute all the ingredients in oil under medium to low flame. Let them cook and grind them into a paste. Saute the other ingredients and add the grinded mixture into the pan. Mix them well and add salt to taste. Once the boil develops throughout, serve them hot with Idly or Dosa and Enjoy them
Storage Time : 2 days. Refrigeration required.
