INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
2.5 CUP MILK
½ CUP SUGAR
BOIL UNTIL BECOME 2 CUP
COOL DOWN A LITTLE
½ CUP MANGO PULP
MIX WELL
½ CUP HUNG CURD / PLAIN YOGURT
MIX TO SMOOTH
POUR THE LUKE WARM MILK (MIX GRADUALLY)
POUR IN A CLAY MOULD OR ANY MOULD
PRE-HEAT A PAN
PLACE A TOWEL INSIDE
PLACE THE MOULD
COOK IN LOW HEAT FOR 1 – 1.5 HOURS
MANGO YOGURT IS READY
REMOVE FROM THE CURRY PAN
COOLDOWN & KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 1 – 2 HOURS
SERVE !!!
