The claims made by Uttar Pradesh Police on the killing of Vikas Dubey, the main accused in the Kanpur shootout, have been questioned by many politicians and cast doubt on the alleged encounter reported by the UP Police. Congress held a press conference on Friday raising questions over the incident of Vikas Dubey being killed in an alleged encounter. Congress spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala raised a series of questions, and sought answers from the Yogi government.
