INGREDIENTS
Sabudana / sago -1 cup
Potato / aloo – 4-5 (boiled & mashed)
Peanuts - 1/2 cup (roasted & crushed)
Cumin / jeera – 1 tbsp
Chilli – 1-2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Coriander – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Rock Salt – 1 tbsp
Oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Ingredients we used listed above
Firstly soak sabudana for 3-4 hours.
Step 2: Take a large bowl, mash boil potato with a masher
Step 3: Add green chili, coriander, roasted peanuts, and soaked sabudana .
Add rock salt and cumin seeds mix it well.
Step 4: Greece you hand with oil takes a small portion of it and makes vada.
Make all the vada
Step 5: deep fry on medium flame
Step 6: Sabudana vada is ready to serve with coriander, chili chutney
