美 트럼프정부, 온라인 수강 비자 취소 철회
The U.S. has dropped the new policy that was to bar entry to international students studying online.
U.S. District Judge in Massachusetts Allison Burroughs said Tuesday... that the Trump administration has agreed to allow students to attend classes virtually... and stay in the country legally on F-1 and M-1 visas.
This decision came after Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology filed lawsuits... against both the Department of Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Each year, more than one million international students enroll at U.S. universities, and roughly 50-thousand come from South Korea.
