It is extremely tasty and sweet-sour in taste... this pulp juice can be served with breakfast or lunch and with any dish.. In order to make it healthy, we have used jaggery instead of refined sugar..It contains goodness of vitamin C and is recommended for prevention against heat stroke..
आमी का पन्ना एक बहुत ही चटपटी चीज है जिसे जूस की तरह पी सकते हैं। यह बहुत ही स्वास्थ्यपृद भी है क्योंकि इसमें विटामिन सी होता है और इसे गर्मियों में लू से बचने के लिए भी पिया जाता है।
Ingredients / सामग्री:
3 Raw Mangos / आमी
150-200gms Gur/Jaggery / गुड़
1 Teaspoon Cumin / Zeera/ जीरा
1 Teaspoon Pudina / mint powder/पुदीना
1/2 Teaspoon Kali Mirch / Black pepper / काली मिर्च
1 Teaspoon White Salt /सफेद नमक
1/2 Teaspoon Black Salt/ काला नमक
