Info from Licensor: A man steals car from Menifee California and police chase leads to Hemet. The car chase ends into an apartment complex after crashing through one of their gates and the subject fled on foot and was bitten by sheriff k9. He was led to jail with his pants down...all action caught on our news cameras.
