Floods and Corona outbreak in Bihar are making the situation worse in the state. Despite all the claims at the NMCH hospital in Patna, the health services are very poor. The patient is lying on the ground with an oxygen cylinder. This is the same hospital in which Health Minister of Bihar Mangal Pandey visited a few days back.
