Step 1) Take 2 cups of Poha in a bowl
Step 2) Rinse the Poha in plain water
Step 3) Add 2 tbsp oil in a hot pan and roast 2 tbsp peanuts.
Step 4) Add 1 boiled potato and mix.
Step 5) Add 2 tbsp oil in a separate pan and add 1 tsp mustard seeds.
Step 6) Add 2-3 green chillies, 6-7 curry leaves, 1 chopped onion and mix.
Step 7) Add salt to taste and the potato and peanut mix.
Step 8) Add the soaked poha to the pan.
Step 9) Add 1/2 tsp turmeric and mix.
Step 10) Serve hot and enjoy.
