In Katihar, the worst picture has been revealed of the helpless people who have been displaced by the flood, in the Manihari subdivision, due to the erosion of the Ganges, the government is forced to live on the road on the hospital road built from Raja to the people. So leave it, they have not been able to provide even basic drinking water to them and this is not a story today, for the last 20 years the lives of these people are passing in the same condition.

कटिहार में बाढ़ से विस्थापित हो कर जिंदगी जीने को बेबस लोगो की सबसे बदरंग तस्वीर सामने आई है,मनिहारी अनुमण्डल में गंगा के कटाव के कारण राजा से रंक बने अस्पताल रोड पर सड़क रहने किनारे रहने को मजबूर लोगो के लिए सरकार से बड़ी सुविधा की बात तो छोड़ दे,उन तक मूलभूत सुविधा पीने के पानी तक उपलब्ध नहीं करवा पाई है और ये कोई आज की कहानी नहीं है पिछले 20 सालों से इन लोगों की जिंदगी इसी हाल में बीत रही है
