Deputy Education Minister Chong Sin Woon says classrooms should be a place for fun and interactive learning. He said that after launching the first Frog Virtual Learning Environment (Frog VLE) to cater for students with special needs and learning disabilities at SMK Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi on Friday.
