Monks walk Penang streets in alms-giving ceremony

Some 135 monks and nuns walked a distance of 6.5km in an undertaking of religious devotion in Penang on Thursday morning. The Kek Lok Si Temple spokesman Reverend Chang Ho said the procession was held once every few years.
