Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar visited the family members of the teenage cyclists who were killed after a car rammed into them. The Sultan ruler also advised parents to monitor their children's whereabouts at all times and not to simply allow them to roam the streets, especially at night.
