MCA’s president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai described the attitude showed by Johor and Selangor respective governments as polar opposite when it comes to Chinese education.
He said this after officiating the groundbreaking ceremony at SJKC Sim Mow Yu in Johor on Sunday.
