Employers and their illegal workers under the 3+1 Programme who have yet to surrender have been told to do so or face arrest. Immigration Department director-general Datuk Seri Mustafar Ali said illegal workers and employers are given till Aug 30 to surrender themselves.

They will risk arrest after the date. Earlier, a total of 139 illegal immigrants were arrested by the Immigration Department in Op Mega 3.0 in several areas around Jalan Raja Laut on Tuesday.
