Dr Shahnon Ahmad, author and national laureate, dies at 84

National laureate Datuk Dr Shahnon Ahmad passed away at KPJ Hospital in Kajang on Tuesday morning due to pneumonia. He was 84.
The renowned novelist was laid to rest at the Sungai Tangkas Muslim Cemetery in Bandar Baru Bangi.
