Cheras MP Tan Kok Wai’s appointment as special envoy to China does not violate the principles of the Pakatan Harapan manifesto, Anthony Loke said on Monday.

The DAP national organising secretary added that the Pakatan manifesto pledge pertaining political appointees did not apply in this case as the Malaysia China Business Council is not a GLC.
