Manufacturers have been told to increase face mask production to meet public demands following the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) outbreak, says Datuk Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.

The Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister said that on Thursday, adding that shortage of face masks is due to panic buying and slower manufacturers’ operations due to the Chinese New Year break.
