Opposition lawmakers on Monday put pressure on the government for stricter action to be taken against Plantations and Commodities Minister Khairuddin Aman Razali, who got off with only a RM1,000 fine for flouting the mandatory 14-day Covid-19 quarantine.
Pokok Sena MP Mahfuz Omar, one of the MPs who raised the issue during the question-and-answer session, said there was a perception that there is a double standard in the enforcement of the law.
