Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said he was satisfied with they way the Johor government handled the toxic dumping case in Pasir Gudang.
Dr Mahathir said this at a press conference on Friday, adding that he felt relieved that the authorities have managed to prevent deaths from occurring.
More than 3,000 people were reported to have sought medical attention after inhaling toxic fumes emanating from the chemical waste.
