Prawn Masala / Chingri Masala is a simple delicious & flavourful Indian dish that pairs well with rice.
Recipe:
Ingredients for Prawn Masala:
For Marination: Marination Time Half an Hour
Prawn-500gm
Salt-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder-1tsp
Ginger Paste-2 tsp
Green Chilli Juice-3 tsp
Tomato-2 Medium size
Mustard Oil-2tbsp
For Preparation :
Mustard oil-2 tbsp
Cooking Process :
Heat mustard oil in a Kadai, add prawn mix. Fry 2-3 mins on low-medium flame. Cover & cook for 5 mins. After that add 1/2 cup water or as required. Again cover & cook for 5 mins & delicious Prawn Masala is ready to serve with rice.
