Ingredients :
Boiled Poratoes-4 big size(Roughly Chopped)
Cumin-1 tsp
Bay leaf-2
Dried Red Chilli-2
Cooking Oil-4 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste-3 tsp
Cumin Powder-1 tsp
Sugar-1/4 tsp
Salt- As per taste
Water-As Required for Gravy
Recipe: Take 4 tbsp oil in a kadai. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf & dried red chilli. Fry for 1 min. Add 90 % boiled roughly chopped potatoes & fry 2-3 mins. Add salt as per taste & turmeric powder. Fry for 2-3 mins. Add green chilli paste & cumin powder & fry for another 2-3 mins. Add water as Required for gravy. Cover & cook for just 5 mins. After that add green chillies for flavour & Aloo Ki Sabji is ready. Have it with Roti/Puri.
