INGREDIENTS-

1 cup besan
2 tbsp rice powder
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
water

For stuffing :-
4 small boil potatoes
1 chopped onion
1 tsp Ginger
1 and half green chilli
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup grated paneer
1 tsp coriander seed
1 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp salt as per taste

tomato sauce
green chili sauce
chili sauce
