MEDU VADA WITH COCONUT CHUTNEY
Soft And Crispy Medu Vada.
Ingredients,
2 Cup Blended Paste of White Urad Daal (Soaked In Water for 6-7 hours)
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Green Chili Paste
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 TBS Crushed Curry Leaves
1 Cup Rice Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
MIX WELL
Deep fry The Vadas In A Pan
For Chutney Preparation,
1 Tsp Oil
Sliced Coconut,
4 Green Chilies,
Ginger,
Curry Leaves,
Tamarind (Imli),
Roasted Chana
At Last, Add Water And Salt
Roast Them For 2-3 Minutes and Blend in a Mixer
For Tadka In Chutney,
1 Tsp Oil
1/2 Tsp Rai
2 Dry Red Chilies
2-4 Curry Leaves
Add Tadka in Chutney
