The most senior assemblyman in the Johor legislative assembly has called upon his fellow elected representatives to keep a cool head during their meeting on Thursday.

At a press conference on Wednesday, 70-year-old Bukit Permai assemblyman Tosrin Jarvanthi said the lawmakers should leave behind political squabble and focus on economic development and wellbeing of the people.
