Salvadoran vets treat injured hawk amid rising animal injuries

A team of veterinarians who treat rescued animals at their Salvadoran clinic perform a feather transplant on a roadside hawk, found with some of its feathers cut after it fled from the home where it was being kept. A wildlife manager says the pandemic lockdown has brought animals closer to human neighbourhood, but that has also increased animal injuries.
