North Korea may show off its newest strategic weapons at next month's military parade to mark the 75th anniversary of the founding of the ruling Workers' Party.
This is according to a senior fellow at the Carneige Endowment for International Peace.
Ankit Panda said Wednesday that the North has previously showcased strategic weapons every five years.
He added the regime may display its solid-fuel Intermediate-range ballistic missiles like the Pukguksong-2.
He further pointed out it's highly possible the North will unveil what it has been secretly working on over the past number of years.
