It is probably the most expensive vegetable in the country. It is sold only in the month of Sawan. That too in two states of the country, Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh. Its name is different in both places. The name of this vegetable is Khukhadi. Its price is 1200 rupees per kg. But as soon as it comes in the market, this vegetable is sold hands-on. Protein is found in excessive quantity in this vegetable.

ये देश की सबसे महंगी सब्जी है. सिर्फ सावन के महीने में बिकती है. वो भी देश के दो ही राज्यों में झारखंड और छत्तीसगढ़. बस दोनों जगह इसका नाम अलग है. इस सब्जी का नाम है खुखड़ी. इसकी कीमत है 1200 रुपए प्रति किलो. लेकिन बाजार में आते ही यह सब्जी हाथों-हाथ बिक जाती है. इस सब्जी में अत्यधिक मात्रा में प्रोटीन मिलता है.
