푸틴, 러 개발 코로나19 백신 유엔 직원들에 무상 제공 제안
Russian President Vladimir Putin proposed providing free Russian COVID-19 vaccines to UN employees.
Speaking at the UN General Assembly on Tuesday, Putin said Russia received requests from UN staff and that the country will respond to those.
He said Russia is ready to share experience and continue cooperating with all states and international entities, by supplying the vaccine "Sputnik-V" which he claims to be safe and effective to other countries.
The Russian leader also stressed that the World Health Organization should be strengthened to coordinate the global response to the coronavirus pandemic and proposed a high-level conference on vaccine cooperation.
